Phoenix Rising Healing – Session Disclaimer
By booking and participating in any session with Phoenix Rising Healing—including but not limited to Sound Healing, Reiki, Tarot, and Oracle readings—you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Holistic & Complementary Services
All services offered are holistic in nature and are intended to support your personal growth, spiritual insight, and energetic balance. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial services. Always consult the appropriate professional for any serious or urgent matter.
2. No Guarantees
Whether through intuitive readings or energy healing, each session reflects the energy and insight available at that time. While many clients experience clarity, relief, or a shift in perspective, results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
3. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own health, well-being, decisions, and actions. These sessions are tools for self-awareness and reflection—not for diagnosis, treatment, or decision-making on your behalf.
4. Energetic & Intuitive Nature of Services
Sound Healing, Reiki, and Intuitive Readings work on an energetic level and often involve intuitive interpretation. Experiences may include emotional release, relaxation, insight, or energetic shifts, but each session is unique and deeply personal.
5. For Entertainment & Insightful Purposes
Tarot and Oracle sessions are offered for entertainment, spiritual guidance, and self-reflection. They are not intended to predict the future or direct your life decisions, and should not replace professional advice.
6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during your session is treated with the utmost respect and remains confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a session unless accompanied by or with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Phoenix Rising Healing reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session at any time if the client is disrespectful, under the influence, or in a state that is not safe or conducive to the work.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. When you book a session, that time is set aside just for you. We understand that life happens and plans can change, so we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the session fee.
No-shows (missed appointments with no prior communication) will be charged 100% of the session fee.
If your appointment was booked within 24 hours of the session start time, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a fee (50% of the session amount).
Deposits are required at the time of booking. If you cancel with proper notice (24+ hours), your deposit will be refunded or applied as credit toward a future session.
Rescheduling with 24+ hours' notice allows your deposit to be carried over to your new appointment.
There are no refunds for prepaid sessions, gift certificates, or failed appointments.
We appreciate your understanding and support. This policy helps us honor the time of other clients who may be waiting for a session and allows us to serve our community more effectively.
